step 1: register / sign in
once you’ve selected all your items and have clicked to checkout,
you will be asked to register as a new customer or sign-in with your
e-mail address and password if you’ve registered during a previous visit.
if you’re a new customer, it takes only a few seconds to create an account.
by registering you’ll save time and make future shopping easier because you
won’t have to re-enter much of your information. once you’ve registered
you can edit your information at anytime by clicking on ‘my account’.
if you have a promotion code, this is where you will enter it.
step 2: shipping address
you can either choose to use the same address as your billing address or add a new
all shipping addresses are stored in your address book. log in anytime to your ploh
account to make changes.
step 3: select your recipient
we allow for multiple shipping destinations in one order. simply select your destination(s)
from a drop down list of your stored addresses.
step 4: order confirmation
your order will be displayed for your review. it provides a summary of your order which you
may wish to print out for your records. this is your final chance to review and edit your order
before completing it. to proceed, click ‘confirm order’.
step 5: making payment
through our payment gateway partner, WorldPay, it’s secure and simple to purchase plohs
online with major credit cards. see ordering and shipping
for security purposes credit card information will need to be re-entered with each purchase.
if you have successfully placed your order, you will receive two additional confirmation
